The next hearing (Re-listed) is on 07.10.2026. Active and united cooperation is expected from all concerned JTO/JAO colleagues.

A meeting of both advocates and effective representation with experienced advocates of the Supreme Court is the need of the hour. In view of some similar cases being disposed of for other reasons without a decision on the Merit, indifference is no longer appropriate.

Possible salary recovery could result in a loss of lakhs of rupees at the individual level and crores of rupees collectively.

यह एक सुखद संयोग है कि पटना बिहार टेलीकॉम सर्किल के श्री अभय सुंदर, AO एवं श्री के. एम. मणि, तथा पंजाब टेलीकॉम सर्किल के श्री पवन कुमार, SDE एवं श्री यमन सिंगला, SDE — चारों अधिकारी BBOA के सदस्य हैं।

विशेष संयोग यह रहा कि दिनांक 21.09.2026 को दोनों टेलीकॉम सर्किलों में संगठन की सकारात्मक एवं सतत पैरवी के फलस्वरूप कर्मचारियों के हित में महत्वपूर्ण आदेश जारी हुए।

यह परिणाम BBOA की कर्मचारी हितों के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता, निरंतर प्रयास और प्रभावी प्रतिनिधित्व को रेखांकित करता है।

BHARATIYA BSNL Officers Association (BBOA) came into existence in BSNL and has shaped its significant role in BSNL. The idea of forming BBOA was mooted on 17th January 2015 - the day when the then Hon'ble Cabinet Minister of Communication Sh. Ravi Shankar Prasad inspired our Patron and Chairman Sh. Rajender Singh Tushir to spread awareness among BSNL employees about the positive steps being taken by Government of India for improving the Telecom Infrastructure of India and inculcation of BSNL in this process to realize the dream of national inclusion of all the citizens of India in every corner of India via telecom services.
